Selecting More Info from the View menu or the
button from the toolbar will display information about the selected session in the side panel. While inside a session, the user cannot change any of the information. However, whenever a user is not joined to a session he or she can change different aspects of that session's template.

Whenever a session is not started, the Session Information panel has a red border. Once the session have been started, none of the Session Information can be changed, and it is give a green border. The Session Information panel contains some text fields and two checkboxes. The values of these components can be changed by the creator of the session, to give the session participants more information about the session they are in.

Selecting Tools in use from the View menu or the
button from the toolbar will display a list of the active applications in the side panel. Whenever a session is not joined, the side panel has a red border. Whenever a session is joined, the side panel has a green border.

This panel shows the icons and names of all the tools that are currently open in whatever session the user is currently participating in. By right-clicking upon a tool's icon whenever a session is joined, the user can choose to bring the selected tool to the front, or send the selected tool to the back. Whenever a session is not joined, the user can double click on tools in the client window. Instead of opening as they would in a joined session, these double clicked tools are represented in the active tools panel. Whenever the selected session is then started or joined, the tools represented in the active tools panel are then opened and made accessible to all participants in the session. Whenever a session is not joined, and the user right clicks on a tool's icon, the user can remove that tool.

Selecting Participants from the View menu expands two give the user two selectable options, by picture, and by location.

button from the toolbar will display a list of the current session participants and their icons in the side panel. Each participant's name, image, and an activity gauge are displayed in the panel. By right clicking a participant's user id icon, you can access their ID information, send an email or a wake-up beep to the participant's computer.
Each participant can define their degree of activity during a session by changing the flag,
. You can change your presence flag at any time during the session by clicking on pepper image. There are three icons that represent the different levels of attention:
full-time collaborator
part-time collaborator
away from the session

button from the toolbar will open display a global map with red dots representing the geographical location of each session participant in the side panel. From this panel you can display the User ID of a session participant, send an email to him or her, or send a wakeup beep to the person's machine.

button from the toolbar will display a list of the names and contact information for everyone whom you've collaborated with in a Habanero session. This list is displayed in the side panel.

The notification list is very helpful when defining a session. Using the add and remove buttons, you can add or remove a person from a session definition. You can slo add a new entry or erase entries from the participant index using the respective buttons.open a panel

Selecting Hide from the View menu or
button from the toolbar will close the panels that get added to the client window when one of the preceeding functions are performed.
